1. No Refund on Subscription PaymentsAll payments made for:
Premium business listings
Featured listings
Sponsored placements
Subscription packages (monthly, quarterly, yearly, or custom plans)
Promotional upgrades
are final and non-refundable.
Once a subscription is successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Failure to use the service
Early cancellation
Business closure
Dissatisfaction with results
Removal of listing due to policy violation
Users are encouraged to carefully review subscription details before making payment.
2. Cancellation PolicyUsers may cancel their subscription at any time. However:
Cancellation will stop future renewals (if applicable).
The current subscription period will remain active until it expires.
No partial or prorated refunds will be provided.
In rare cases of:
Duplicate payment due to technical error
Incorrect charge caused by system malfunction
Users must notify us within 7 days of the transaction. After verification, ConX Business may, at its sole discretion, resolve the issue appropriately.
This does not apply to voluntary payments or user errors.
